Rubber mixing mill is used for mixing and kneading raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics or E.V.A.with chemicals into final materials.

The final materials can be fed to calender, hot presses or other processing machine for making rubber or plastic products.

1-4. Configuration  for High quality XK-160 Two roll mixing mill machine.

1. Rolls: Chilled Alloy Cast Iron rolls with surface hardness 68~72HS. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating.

2. Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit: Nip adjustment at two roller ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the brass housing body.

3. Roll Cooling: Universal Rotary joints with inner Spray pipes with Hoses and Headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal.

4. Journal Bearing Housing: Heavy Duty Steel Casting Housing fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings.

5. Lubrication: Full Automatic Grease lubrication pump for Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.
    
6. Stand Frame & Apron: Heavy Duty Steel Casting.

7. Gearbox: Hard-tooth reduction gearbox, GuoMao brand.

8. Base Frame: Common base frame heavy duty, Steel channel and MS plate fabricated accurately machined on which whole machine with Gearbox and motor are fitted.

9. Electric Panel: Star Delta Electric operating panel with Auto Reversing, Voltmeter, Ampere, Overload protection relay, 3 Phase Indicator and Emergency Stop Switch.

Q1:What should  do the sea freight is so high now?

OULI has its own shipping agent, so the freight must be lower than the market price.LCL will be arranged according to customer's size of machine.

Q2:What about delivery date?

It will be according to the quantity of machines. Normally machines will be shipment within 20-30 days after get deposit, No delay.

Accept urgent order for prompt shipment.

Q3:What's the warranty statement? 

OULI MACHINE warrants all the products manufactured by OULI MACHINE to free from defects in material and workmanship Under normal use of a period of 12 months or 36months after the date of the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible of practical, OULI MACHINE warranty covers ONLY the product itself. 

OULI MACHINE will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. 

Your warranty rights will be honored

Only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by OULI MACHINE,OULIMACHINE will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.

Q4:What about OULI oversea service?

OULI will arrange overse a setting up and training works if customer need .
