1-1. Basic introduction of Inner Tube Tire Vulcanizing Curing Press Machine

 

New inner tube vulcanizing machine, a set of 5-10,impoved PLC process equipment operation, reliable operation, touch screen set vulcanization and related time, more convenient and quick, time accurate to milliseconds.
Hydraulic system using six pole motor, power is enough. Each machine can separate operation, vulcanize different varieties, especially suitable for all kinds of cars, motorcycles, tricycles and other inner tube vulcanizing.

1-2. Features 
1. PLC control (Full Automatic) adopts Mitsubishi brand and electric parts with CHINT brand; Automatic exhaustion; Automatic rising and falling; Automatic Pressure Supplement.     

2. Hydraulic System: Low & High Pressure Pump, Valve and other parts are Chinese top brand quality configuration. It can keep constant pressure and perform automatic pressure supplement. It also adopts Safety Pressure Limiting Device and has the advantage of No leakage, No blocking & Low noise.

3. Cylinder body uses QT500-7 and plunger adopts chilled cast iron alloy. It adopts excellent multilevel sealing structure, plus dust proof design. Every cylinder has controlling valve separately.

4. Frame are welded well and do rust cleaning treatment. Every plate is processed accurately to ensure the stability and uniformity of machine structure.
