Door Strip Vacuum extrusion machine /aluminum window rubber seals making machine to make variours high or low pressure rubber reinforced hose(knitting hose, braiding hose, winding hose), or without reinforced rubber tube
a.Composition of professionally Manufacturer silicone,SBR,EPDM sealing strip Extrusion,Vulcanizing machines.
(1) saltbath dissolving tank
(2) vulcanization tank
(3) staged cleaning and cooling water tank
(4) cleaning water collection and treatment tank
Rubber shaped materials are sulfurated, cleaned and cooled down in the devices from Part 1 to Part 3. Salt in the cleaning water is recovered in the devices from Part 4 to Part 1. Satisfactory system for fused salt filtration and waste gas treatment system are designed in the equipment for saltbath sulfurization.
