1.  RUBBER EXTRUDER INTRODUCTION 

1-1. Basic introduction

The Rubber Extruder is used for extruding half-finished rubber products such as tire tread, rubber pipe, inner tube, cable and feeding rubber, etc.

The machine is cold-feed and single screw extruder. The rotation speed could be changed. With the head piece changing. the machine has many uses.

1. The extruder can be equipped with head, clients also self-equipped according to clients needs.

2. Body with spiral water vapor channel, with good results thermostat and thermometer with thermocouple and body temperature, feeding mouth is equipped with feed roller to enhance feeding effect.

3. Screws and bushings are made of nitrided steel and after nitriding treatment, with sufficient strength and wear resistance.

4. This machine adopts frequency conversion motor drive can be specified speed range control, easy to operate.

5. The pipeline can pass steam and cooling water, the body and the screw for heating and cooling.
