1. Top bolt mechanism

 

1.1 Material pressing device: The material pressing device is installed on the bracket, and the pneumatic top bolt is adopted. The working surface of the pressing mound and the rubber material is plated with hard chromium; there is a heating and cooling channel in the inner cavity of the mound, which can be heated according to the process requirements Or cooling, and equipped with dust cover, good sealing effect.

 

1.2 The frame adopts steel plate welding structure, which is integrally processed with high strength and good stability.

 

1.3 The feeding door is installed behind the frame and adopts pneumatic structure.

 

2 Mixing mechanism:

 

2.1 The rotor is two-sided shear type, the working edge peaks are welded with hard alloy, and the whole working part of the rotor body is plated with hard chromium; the internal design of the forced cooling or heating channel can facilitate the control of the temperature of the rotor during the mixing process.

 

2.2 The mixing chamber adopts a jacketed welding structure with internal cooling or heating channels, which can easily control the temperature of the mixing chamber during the rubber mixing process; the working surface of the mixing chamber is plated with hard chromium; there is a thermocouple at the bottom of the mixing chamber Measure temperature and participate in rubber mixing control.

 

 

2.3 The rotor seal adopts an external pressure structure, and the seal ring is made of copper, with self-lubricating function and good sealing effect.

 

2.4 The mixing mechanism is installed on the support. The support is equipped with composite bearings. The mixing mechanism can be turned around the center of the support.

 

2.5 The inner wall of the discharge port above the mixing chamber is polished.

 

3 Turnover unloading mechanism:

 

The turning motor drives the turbine worm or hydraulic to rotate, so that the mixing mechanism is turned around the center of the support to realize the unloading, and the whole action is automatically controlled by electricity. 

 

4 Base:

It is welded by steel plate, and then heat treated and processed. It has high strength and good stability.

 

5 Transmission system:

The motor, belt drive mechanism, reducer and speed ratio gear drive the two rotors to rotate towards each other.

 

5.1 The belt adopts a joint belt with good strength and high efficiency.

 

5.2 The reducer Hard-gear reducer ( ML model ) Brand : KAIBO ( Chine top level ) with 6 degree meshing between gears ,   

 

and all gears after quenching treatment with hardness HS 60 .

 

6 Air control system:

Using compressed air in the workshop as the power source, the electrical system controls the action of the solenoid valve, thereby controlling the lifting of the pressing material and the opening and closing of the charging door.

 

7 Heating and cooling pipeline:

This pipeline is the internal pipeline of the equipment, through which cooling water can be used to cool the pressure mound, rotor and mixing chamber of the equipment.

 

8 Overview of electrical control system

 

The electrical control part of this machine adopts imported PLC control. The use of programmable controller control can make maintenance and operation safer and easier. Other low-voltage electrical appliances adopt products from advanced domestic and foreign manufacturers.

This machine can realize manual operation and automatic operation. The main motor adopts star-delta start mode to start, and realizes the rubber mixing function through the control of the mixing room, the material door and the top bolt. The main features of electrical appliances are as follows:

 

8.1 Adopt PLC system control and advanced logic program control to ensure the safety and comfort of operation; PLC brand OMRON or SIEMENS

 

8.2 The electrical system consists of an electrical control cabinet and a body junction box;

 

8.3 All operations are operated by buttons, and can switch between automatic and manual operation, and the automatic mixing time can be set twice;
