2. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION of  Eva Foaming Vulcanizing Press Machine 

2-1. Basic introduction

 EVA foaming machine is used for foaming EVA, PE rubber, which are widely used in shoe material manufacturing, foaming floor, EVA mat, EVA puzzle, thermal insulation material, luggage liner, sporting buffer material, diving dress material and life vest material, etc.and EVA,ext. )  vulcanizing and compression molding.

This machine is designed in 1000tons pressure with plate size 1300*1500mm, and 6 working layers. The heating way is oil by an oil heater.Oil can be circulated,save energy and no pollution. It is designed open very quickly, about 1-2s.

3.Machine body casting is made of FCD 50 ductile cast iron ,which is processed by high tensile strength after aging passivation 

4.The machine pillars/ columns are made of medium carbon steel , and its hardness can reach HRC55-58

5.The cartridge heater adopts three stages winding, nichrome wire , non-rusty 

6.Oil seal are from Japanese NOK and Sakagmi Brand , it is wear-resisitant ,durable and oil tight
