1, PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
Batch off cooling machine is mainly for cooling, folding and depositing rubber strip comes from two roll mixing mill,rubber calender machine or rubber extruder.

 

Batch off cooling machine work procedure : 1. Traction device:Take hot rubber strip/sheet in, coating with separant in water tank. 2. Hang rubber strip/sheet, cooling and drying by fans. 3. Stack rubber strip/sheet on pallet.

 

4. Cut rubber strip/sheet into long sheet or pieces with specific size.

Rubber batch off cooling machine is floor stand type with simple & rational structure, easy to operate.

 

It is mainly consists of inlet module, cooling device, lifting device, festoon module, down swing device, operating platform, and ladder etc. The electrical control system is in a control box, and set emergency control device on the machine.
